I will be spcing 0556 or something like that when I reh 70, but from 60-70 I dont want to level being spced as a healer, as I dont see that to be a great idea. that is why I'm asking you for a build for lvl 60ish wh

Honestly the easiest way to level to 70 is to be enhae. It might not be how you like to play but if your main goal is to reh 70 fast then that is the way to do to.
If you get theorrt trinkets then a enhae shaman will have almost no downtime whatsoever. Edit: If you still have your heart set on leveling elem then the sp you had was dent for a 60, just retooled the resto side a bit. Here This tree is good and is around the lines I am thinking of going for my elem build. Just add the rest of your points into what you think you would like most on the elem side eh time you level.
My suggestion would be, pk one tree and go with it. An Elemental Shaman won't be able to heal an Outland instae unless he is beyond the level for it, and a heavy resto Shaman won't be able to do dent dps unless he is beyond geared for it.
Youan get experiee off-healing and things like that with an Elemental Build, but I would shy away from doing the MH-gig as Elemental. My adve therefore, would be to shift points into Elemental up to 40 or 41 pt, then start building into the resto tree: wowheadom?talent=GE0dMqVotZV0L Also, your next points should go into Nature's Guidae and Totem Mastery. Oe you hit the high 60s or 70 and you want to make the swih to Resto, go right ahead, it's a superb sp, and I'd suggest a normal 556 build: wowheadom?talent=GZxZxtAesd And to adjust to the healing, run some lower 60 instaes and get used to the healing. My opinion is biased and I rognize that, but I think that trying to stay elemental enough to solo by elemental standards and keep enough points in resto
